Led by builder Jim Wolffer, we specialize in small and large scale renovations and additions featuring fine architectural finishes. We offer full design services or work with your architect and/or architectural plans.

Jim is a hands-on participant in every single project performed by Shoreline Builders. His commitment to detail and excellence sets the standard for quality and service and ensures that our projects are delivered with the highest level of customer satisfaction. Jim is recognized as a trusted and extremely knowledgeable resource by our clients.
Jim has worked in the residential and commercial construction industry since 1981 in both hands-on and leadership roles, representing over twenty five years experience with residential remodeling, commercial construction, historic renovation, and new home construction projects. He holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is a licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor.
