Introduction to Shoreline Builders
Presentation of Shoreline Builders to discuss our capabilities and review of our portfolio and an in-depth discussion of your proposed project.
Design Consultation
With our architect, we provide an overview of our company, discuss overall design-build methodology and our own design-build process. We begin to gain an understanding of your project, including overall vision, desired outcome, timelines, and project budget. If help is needed to determine project budget we can provide a preliminary project analysis.
Architectural Plan Review/Bid
We will review your architectural plans and budget and provide you with an in-depth and detailed project analysis/bid. We appreciate the opportunity to bid on your project and take the time to review the plans with you and identify any items and areas that may need more specification and or clarification. We can also provide guidance and recommendations where needed.
Project Feasibility
If you've been thinking that you may want to remodel your home and want to get an idea of the possibilities and the associated costs. For example, you may be considering a master suite, family room, or desire an overall updated floor plan. We review questions such as; should we add space to the house or can we reconfigure the existing home to better fit our needs? We can also provide a preliminary ballpark budget to help you decide what is best for you and your budget.
New Property Evaluations
You may be considering purchasing a new home but anticipate it will need work, now or down the road. We can review the property with you and provide a ballpark or detailed estimate on the projected updates.
